I love to make a circuit in the garden using toys and equipment. Watch the video for some ideas. I have a competition with my family. Who do you think will win – me, my husband or grandma?
Film your own obstacle course and see how many circuits (loops of the course) you can do. Time each lap and see if you can improve day by day.
I hope you enjoy the video and have fun.
Thank you Ibrahim. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Try it out with your family.
We enjoyed this Circuit training. You all did great especially Gran.
Thank you Miss De Sanctis. It's great to hear that the children in school enjoyed the video and had a go at their own obstacle course. Well done children! I can't wait to hear all about it. Did you time yourselves? Try to beat your own time on your next go.Mrs. Owen
The children in school loved your video Mrs Owen and they had a go setting up their own obstacles in the playground. Go Super Gran!
WOW ! I'll be trying this out in the garden later with my two boys ! GO GRANDMA !

Brilliant effort Mrs Owen - O'll be trying this myself!
Thank you Miss Dhanda. The best thing about this activity is that the whole family can have a go at some of the obstacles, if not all of them. Thank you Scarlet. Gran was very pleased with herself. I hope everyone tries this out today, while the weather is so beautiful.

Mrs Owen this is the perfect way to enjoy the garden and sunshine today - exercise, vitamin C and fresh air! Thank you to Grandma Owen for taking part too (",)
