We have been earning lots of dojos for following the school rules and one of our chosen rights respecting rules, which is not to interrupt in class or shout out, because very child has the right to learn. We need to listen to each other, because all child have the right to be listened to and have a chance to join in every lesson.4CO
This week at Old Moat we have continued to learn about black history. we have been learning about the discrimination at NASA towards the inspirational women : Katherine Johnson Mary Jackson and Dorothy Vaughan. We all found it very hard to hear about how they were treated and the barriers put in their ways to achieve their dreams. This week we are focusing on respecting our right to an education by listening and participating in lessons. How do you respect this right?
